| Migration to GroupWise Email System: |

| Starting September 1, 2007, faculty and staff at Harold Washington College will
be migrated to the new email system, GroupWise. GroupWise is an integrated email, calendaring,
task management and contact management system that will replace our current email system.

| With the new email system, your email address will not change. All email messages
from your current Netscape/iPlanet mailbox (except the TRASH folder) will be moved to your new
GroupWise mailbox.

| Migration Schedule: |
The migration will be phased in the college starting with OIT. The detailed departmental migration schedule will be posted on the OIT website the week of August 20th.

| Training: |
| Training sessions are STRONGLY RECOMMENDED and will be offered at Harold
Washington College or via the web. View the GroupWise Training Agenda for information on what
will be covered in the training.

| You will be notified the training date available to your department approximately
two weeks before your account is moved to the new system.
