ABOUT HWC - General Information Procedures for Reserving Campus Meeting Space Harold Washington College is proud to announce that it offers campus meeting and conference center space within its newly renovated facilities for various organizations within the Chicago metropolitian area. Reservations for campus meeting and/or conference center space at HWC are accepted from 8:30 am until 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. When making a reservation for a event or meeting, please schedule an appointment in advance with HWC campus meeting center staff via one of the following methods: Contact Janice Mason in the HWC President's Office at (312) 553-5856 Email Janice Mason in the HWC President's Office at jmason@ccc.edu HWC is located at 30 East Lake Street, Chicago IL 60601 (obtain a map and directions to the campus). *** Organizations requesting meeting space must use services provided by the Harold Washington College.
